The available shipping methods for each product are shown on its individual product page. Once items have been added to the shopping cart and the shipping address has been updated, the shopping cart / checkout page will display the updated available shipping methods.
Free Standard Shipping
The vast majority of our products are eligible for free shipping.
Free Standard Shipping is available for most shipping addresses within continental US. With this shipping method, delivery is usually expected within 3 business days from the time the order has been picked up by the carrier for shipping.
Free 2 Days Shipping
Free 2 Days Shipping is available for selected shipping addresses within continental US. With this shipping method, delivery is usually expected within 2 business days from the time the order has been picked up by the carrier for shipping.
Once you update the shopping cart with the desired shipping address, you’d be able to see if the 2 Days Shipping option is available for that shipping address.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is available for all items that are not eligible for free shipping (either Free Standard Shipping, or Free 2 Days Shipping).
With Standard Shipping, delivery is usually expected within 5 business days from the time the order has been picked up by the carrier for shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, the delivery time and the shipping cost will be displayed on the shopping cart / checkout page once you update the shipping address.
International Shipping
When shipping is available for specific countries, based on the selected products, you will see the shipping options, including estimated delivery time and cost, on the shopping cart page after updating the shipping address.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your delivery progress and status. You will also be able to track the delivery progress through your online account.
Undelivered Orders
If your order status is “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us as soon as possible, so we’d be able to investigate the issue immediately with the delivery service.
Depending on the circumstances, you may receive the originally sent package, a replacement package, or a full refund if not delivered due to the carrier’s fault.
Missing items
If you have received the delivery but some of the items you’ve ordered are missing, please inform us as soon as possible. You will have the option to request either to receive the missing items or a refund for the missing items. If an item is no longer in stock, a refund for the missing items will be issued.

Please be aware that the shipping timeframes displayed during checkout are only estimated and may be adjusted. These timeframes depend on several factors, including the completion of your order processing, successful payment authorization, and the moment your package is dispatched. The final delivery date is not guaranteed and can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, logistical disruptions, inclement weather, traffic conditions, and other unforeseen events.
To help ensure a secure and successful delivery, we strongly recommend that orders be shipped to a reliable location where either you or a trusted individual is available to receive the package. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after being delivered to an unsecured address. If your tracking shows the item as “delivered” but you have not received it, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Please note that we retain the right, at our discretion, to decline requests for re-shipping if the order has not been received under such circumstances.
