We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have received, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery and be eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be in their original unused condition. They should include all the parts and accessories that have been originally delivered.
If you have received an item that arrived damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 business days. You will have the option to request either a replacement or a refund. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
For general returns of eligible items, a full refund of the item’s purchase price (including applicable tax) will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item being returned. Please note that your financial institution may take 7–10 business days to process the refund before the amount appears on your account statement.
Shipping Fees
With the exception of refunds for damaged or defective items, shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Although we do not offer direct exchanges, you may certainly return an item within the 30 days period, request a refund for it and place a new order for the item you want.

Within 3 business days of receiving your return request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to send the item back (including a prepaid return shipping label).
